After winning the Start Ambev Challenge against over 2,400 startups and securing a strategic partnership with Ambev, Enliv (formerly known as Liben) faced a critical branding challenge: redefining its name and repositioning its brand.
With a mission to democratize access to clean, affordable energy through a digital, simple, and fee-free solution for consumers, Enliv sought to stand out in a crowded market. This industry is often defined by intense competition and a lack of differentiation, leading most companies to compete solely on price.
Additionally, the concept of renewable energy subscriptions was still unfamiliar to the public, who often associated sustainable energy with high costs and complex processes. Rebranding was essential for Enliv to communicate not only its technological and innovative approach but also to build trust with consumers seeking transparency and authentic solutions.
Solution
The rebranding of Enliv was structured using a proprietary methodology based on market research, employee interviews, and collaborative workshops. This process created a value proposition and visual identity that embody the company’s purpose and essence. The approach positioned Enliv as a pioneer at the intersection of renewable energy and entrepreneurship in Brazil, moving beyond clean energy supply to create a platform that drives customer growth.
The symbol of the new identity emphasizes the connection to sustainability and innovation. With organic shapes inspired by nature, it symbolizes wind turbine blades and the sun — key elements directly tied to the product. The open and free-flowing forms represent the independence and accessibility that Enliv offers, while the symbol’s robustness conveys innovation and modernity, visually connecting Enliv to the digital world and the human figure.
More than just a renewable energy subscription, Enliv offers a comprehensive platform that includes educational content, networking opportunities, and continuous support. This way, Enliv not only enables savings on electricity bills but also empowers its customers to expand their businesses sustainably and holistically. Challenge
Enliv faced the challenge of having a website that failed to reflect the brand’s innovation and technology — a key element for building public trust and clearly communicating its value proposition. The outdated site also caused hesitation in a business model that was still unfamiliar to many, making it difficult for users to understand the benefits of clean energy subscriptions with no fees or installations.
The lack of clarity about the target audience further complicated the user experience, as Enliv serves various segments, including free-market clients, energy producers, and commercial representatives. Each of these groups required a dedicated space with relevant and accessible information to build trust and engagement.
Additionally, the savings simulation process was only available through the sales team, limiting customer autonomy and increasing the effort required to understand the value of the service, slowing the conversion process.
Solution
The new Enliv website was developed with a modern and intuitive design, reflecting the company's positioning as an innovative and trustworthy technology brand. Each section was strategically organized to address user questions and facilitate the customer journey.
A standout feature is the savings simulator, which allows customers to visualize their potential savings with Enliv, offering sustainable mid-term projections. This tool serves as both a conversion asset on the site and a resource for events and prospecting.
The website also features a FAQ section and a "How It Works" guide to simplify the explanation of the subscription process, making it clear and straightforward. Dedicated areas were created for each customer segment: the free-market section outlines specific benefits, the energy producers' space conveys credibility to suppliers and preemptively addresses key questions, and the representatives’ area attracts new partners by showcasing the commission model and benefits.
To strengthen Enliv’s authority, the site includes an institutional video, team images, a brand manifesto, and an introduction to Grupo ON and its sister companies. Every section is carefully designed with targeted CTAs and tailored copy for each audience, ensuring a focused and confident browsing experience.
These enhancements position Enliv not only as a technology-driven brand but also as a trusted partner that effectively converts interest into new subscriptions.
App
Challenge
Enliv faced the challenge of providing greater transparency and faster access to consumption information for its customers. Many users struggled to locate their invoices sent via email and frequently contacted support to request duplicates, increasing the customer service team's workload. Additionally, the absence of a centralized, practical channel for tracking consumption and payments made energy management more challenging for customers.
The goal was to create an innovative solution that would optimize access to information, streamline customer support interactions, and empower users to monitor and control their energy consumption effectively.
Solution
The Enliv app was developed as an extension of customer support and a central tool to promote greater transparency and customer autonomy. Users can instantly access their invoices, make payments directly through the app, and view their entire invoice history, enabling detailed comparisons and analysis.
To simplify customer support interactions, the app integrates a chatbot that quickly and efficiently resolves questions, eliminating the need to open support tickets. The main dashboard displays updated monthly consumption data, allowing users to track their expenses in real time and adjust energy usage for cost savings and better financial control.
Innovation was further enhanced by incorporating artificial intelligence to generate personalized insights, such as consumption patterns and recommendations for cost optimization. The app not only addresses recurring customer support issues but also strengthens the relationship between Enliv and its customers, offering a practical, modern, and efficient energy management experience.
Invoice
Challenge
Enliv needed to update its invoice model, which no longer reflected the company's values of transparency and innovation. The old format was visually cluttered and included irrelevant information, causing confusion and making it difficult for customers to understand the real value of the service.
As part of the rebranding, the new invoice had to be clear and straightforward, accurately reflecting the cost of energy supplied by Enliv, free of additional charges or fees typical of utility companies. It was also crucial to clearly highlight the discount offered, compare the cost with and without Enliv, and provide information on consumption history and accumulated savings.
Solution
We developed a clean, modern invoice focused on transparency and clarity. Unnecessary elements were removed, and essential information was highlighted, such as the payment amount with and without Enliv, the discount applied, and the detailed consumption in kWh. The new layout allows customers to easily visualize the benefits of the subscription, clearly demonstrating its financial impact.
To simplify payments, we included a barcode and QR code, adapting the invoice to customer needs and making the payment process seamless. We also added a savings history section, enabling customers to track their cost reductions over time.
With the growing importance of sustainability, the invoice now displays the positive environmental impact of using clean energy — a valuable feature for companies looking to showcase their sustainable efforts on social media.
Finally, we made support contact information accessible directly on the invoice, ensuring faster and more efficient customer service. With these changes, the new Enliv invoice not only represents the brand's innovation but also delivers a more transparent, user-friendly experience aligned with the mission to democratize clean energy.

In today's landscape, building genuine connections with the public is one of the biggest challenges for brands, especially in the renewable energy sector, where trust and transparency are essential. Enliv needed a social media presence that went beyond showcasing its services.
The goal was to reflect the brand’s welcoming, inspiring, and empathetic personality, as well as its commitment to sustainability and entrepreneurship. The challenge was to create accessible, educational, and engaging communication that could demystify complex concepts and position Enliv as a trusted partner in the market.

To achieve this, we structured four distinct editorial lines, each aligned with Enliv's values and goals:
